Speakers giving local information and background on the Central Utah Project were Lawrence Y. Siddoway, manager of die Uintah Water Conservancy Con-servancy District and CUP Water Conservancy director and Lynn Win-tort Win-tort on, Roosevelt, manager of the Moon Lake Water Assn. and CUP Water Conservancy District Director.
