Show LOGAN POLICE COURT. Liquor cases. The following persons were arranged [arraigned] on Tuesday last, for selling liquor contrary to the city ordinances. William Benson and Hiram Edwards (two instances) were found guilty and on each charge fined ??. On Wednesday before same court, W. G. Buck, C. H. Smith and Thomas Connor were found guilty and fined ?? on each charge. The foregoing cases have all been appealed to the District Court. Drunk and profane. John Archibald was brought up for being drunk and profane on the public streets. He was fined $15. Assault cases. The assault case published in our last issue should have read Thomas Davis was brought up for assaulting Charles Reese, instead of vice versa as related. |
