Show SUMMONS.<br><br> In the Probate Court in and for the County of Cache, Territory of Utah. Josephine Wakely, Plaintiff vs. James Wakely, Defendant.<br><br> The people of the United States in the Territory of Utah. To James Wakely, defendant, greeting:<br><br> You are hereby required to appear in an action brought against you by the above named plaintiff in the Probate Court in and for the county of Cache in the Territory of Utah, and to answer the complaint on file herein within ten days exclusive of the day of servance after the service on you of this summons, if served within this county; or, if served out of this county but within this district, then within twenty days; otherwise within forty days, or judgment by default will be rendered against you according to the prayer of said complaint, providing sufficient legal testimony be produced substantiating the allegations in said complaint made.<br><br> The said action is brought to obtain a decree of divorce on the ground of willful desertion and willful neglect to provide for plaintiff, his wife, the common necessities of life as more fully set forth in the complaint on file herein.<br><br> Given under my hand and the seal of the Probate Court in and for the county of Cache and Territory of Utah, this second day of May, A.
