Show THEATRICAL. The performance at the Logan Theatre last Saturday night was rendered with better success than on the first occasion. The audience was very much interested in it, with few exceptions. There were some in the back part of the room who indulged in rowdyism and annoyed those who sat near them, by their uncouth mimicry of the performance, and other ungentlemanly conduct. "The Races," which was performed by Messrs. Little and Bywater was quite a treat. Mr. Little personates a Negro capitally, and the manner in which he moves about upon the stage is quite laughable. He seems perfectly at home with the bones, which he handles in a masterly manner. Mr. Bywater did well in his part as proprietor of a music store, and gave the piece the necessary force which is highly essential in such a scene. On the whole we think that all who attended were amply satisfied with the evening's entertainment. |
