Show Myton Man Convicted For Pheasant Shooting At a trial held in Duchesne, November 14th, before George M. Averett, Justice of the Peace, Wm. H. Morrison was found guilty of Shooting Pheasants out of season. The State was represented by County Attorney, Merril H. Lar-sen Lar-sen and the defense by Attorney R. G. Porter. Members of the jury were: James Wilson, Henry Woodson, Wood-son, A. M. Murdock and Paul Allen John P. Madsen of Duchesne and F. W. J. Meyer of Midview were the witnesses for the state and no witnesses testified for the defense. The fine was $50.00 and Relinquishment Relinq-uishment of his gun. |
