Show JI1ITJI Mr. and Mrs. Carl Milton, Jr. of Soldier Summit were visiting relatives here a few days. Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Wardel and daughter Freeda were visiting at the CurTan ranch, Sunday. Freeda spending the night. Otis Bemis of Arcadia Is employed em-ployed at the Holfeltz ranch, plowing. ! Mr. W. J. Seaton has been on 1 the sick list for a few days. J The Bridgeland - Duchesne j school bus had the misfortune of having a flat tire, last Thursday, causing many of the children to walk quite a ways and delaying the bus until quite late. ? o Mrs. Martha Gee entertained at a very much enjoyed quilting Thursday. The following enjoyed a full day of quilting and eating, Mrs. Emma Sagers, Mrs. Lucy Seaton, Mrs. Emma Wimmer and Mrs. Ethel Curran. Carl Milton, Sr. sold some more of his sheep to the Linsey brothers. Clarence Wright was calling at the Cottonwood ranch Wednesday. o Harold '"Pete" Gee was calling at the Curran ranch Tuesday evening. eve-ning. Mr. Oscar Peterson was transacting trans-acting a trade with Mr. Probus Fouse, Friday. o The high school 'kids" that are in the "Musical Cocktail" to be given in Duchesne, November 29, 1933, want everyone to come and bring all your mothers, fathers, sisters brothers and in-laws. o Miss Rachel Thomas who was rushed to the hospital in Salt Lake some time ago, has returned. Although not completely recovered she is improving. |
