To make this program pro-gram a success it will need the support of every man, woman and child in the community behind the campaign. Work with your Bishop, Mayor, Chairman, and all committees that have been and will be organized. All property owners have a special responsibility for the appearance of their properties. We asked every community member and every property owner own-er to support this program and make bur valley the most beautiful and cleanest in Utah. The clean-up kick-off is Saturday, March 26, and we will begin by cleaning all streets in the town. Please be among the number doing your part. Civic pride and personal pride are the two best tools that can make every citizen want to clean up and if they want to, they will. Thomas Fabrizio, Bishop William Wadfey, Mayor Stella Turnbow, Chairman Ferrill Young returned Thursday Thurs-day from his service duty at Vietnam. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Young and daughter, Kathleen, went to Salt Lake City to meet him. A family gathering was held in his honor. Ferrill resumed re-sumed his job at Safeway's as a baker. Mrs. Lydia Jones is in Salt Lake City this week taking treatments. treat-ments. She is staying with Mr. and Mrs. William Boyce. Her son, Farland, is in the hospital. He sustained a back injury re-centlv. re-centlv. Tabiona High School grades 7 through 12 went to Duchesne !Mondavf where they attended a civic ballet at the high school. Tabiona Relief Society held a social along with the regular work day meeting Tuesday in commeratibni of the organization of the Relief Society. Work day leader, Mrs. Ina Van Tassell, demonstrated Easter ideas. . A beautiful Texas quilt was quilted for Mrs. Orpha Michie. Mrs. Van Tassell decorated a cake with the Relief Society slogan on with an orchard on top. Ice cream was served with the cake. The Relief Society will show a film on cancer Tuesday, March 29 around 2:30 p. m. after the literature lesson. Every lady is urged to attend. A court of honor was held f Sunday at the Tabiona Ward House. Scout officials were present. pre-sent. Tabiona Scouts all received his life, Clyde Rhoades received his Star, Aaron Rhoades, Ronald Lefler and Kent Hackett received their 2nd Class. Judy Hackford celebrated her 9th birthday Friday after school. High Councilmen from Duchesne Stake, Mr. Swazy and Mr. Twe were speakers in Sacrament Sacra-ment meeting Sunday evening. Mr. Twe had two assignments for Tabiona Ward. They were to organize a ward choir and get the senior acronic priesthood advancement pro gram. started. Mr. Swazy talked on several commandments. A chorus of young ladies sang "This Is My Country, 11 directed by Rene Morin and accompanied by Marilee Morin. Mrs. Winona Lefler sang a solo accompanied bv Carleene Williams. Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Peck and family of Payson spent last Sunday visiting at Mr. and Mrs. Walter LeFevre's and at Mr. and Mrs. Ray Jones; and family. Mrs. Gladys Colvin of Salt Lake City and Mrs. Ruby Roberts of Granger were visiting Tuesday with Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Defa. Mrs. Colvin came to get her daughter, R ob in. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Michie and family of Idaho and Mr. and Mrs.. Newell Carter of Salt Lake City visited Saturday at Mr. and Mrs. Marve Michie1 s.
