J F F. MacKnight the time all postmaster postmaster postmaster post post- master of Price and addressed to the Chamber of Commerce of that city for their consideration It was cheerfully endorsed by that body The article is called Reciprocal Action to that taken taken taken tak tak- en by the several towns In the Uintah Basin at the U. U B B. I. I C. C at which these towns advocated an organization to further the Interests in interests interests In- In of the Uintah Basin by demanding demanding demanding de de- de- de manding that the Star Mail Man Route be changed from Price to Salt Lake City This action advocated by Mr MacKnight and endorsed by the Price Chamber of Commerce is called Reciprocal when in reality real real- ity he should have called it atory As a retaliatory measure Mr suggests to the Price chamber that they go on record favoring the immediate construction construction construction tion of the Dotsero cutoff a Broad road program Intended to draw tourists tourists tourists tour tour- travel through that section of the state The chamber endorsed I I this position This is not a 11 result of the recent action of the people of the Uintah Basin as the leaders leaders leaders lead lead- ers of Price have for some time been favorable to this cutoff by bythe bythe bythe the D.
