V. Schoonfeld, executor of tho estate of Christine ! Gabrielsen, deceased, praying for an order of sale of real property of said decedent, and that all persons interested inter-ested appear before the said court to show cause why an order should not be granted to sell so much as shall be necessary, of tho following described real estate of said deceased, to-wit: Beginning at tho southeast corner of lot 7, block 23, Brighton Farming Plat, and situated in tho northeast quarter of section 8, township 1 south of range 1, west of Salt Lake meridian, merid-ian, U. S. survey, and running thence north 48 rods, thence west 19 1-5 rods, thence south 50 rods to tho center of a 4-rod street, thenco east 19 1-5 rods, thence north 2 rods to the place of beginning, containing 5 acres, more or less, located in Salt Lake county, Utah, has been set for hearing on Saturday, tho 29th day of July, A. D. 1905, at 10 o'clock a. m., at tho county court house, in the court room of said court, in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake county, Utah.
