Show EASTER. Hi To-morrow is Easter, whether it is the celebration of the anni- H versary of the resurrected Christ or whether it is a surviving holiday H from the ancient heathen days is not our affair, but that it is the most HI delightful and enchanting season of the year, that we avow. It is the H day that to the popular mind marks the change from winter to spring H time. Nature seems to arouse herself from a long winter's slumber H and clothe herself in beautiful, delicately tinted garments. Every- H thing seems to assume a new appearance and take on fresh vigor Hi and life, this is the season of dreams and the pleasantest, happiest H memories of life are our real dreams. At this season of the year H everyone, no matter how sluggish or slow his blood may flow, must H be inspired and feel more in love with life and his surroundings. H The old man weary with the weight of the many passing years H finds his thoughts traveling back to his younger and more active days H and he lives over again, in memory, the delightful days of youth. H At this season of the year the young man who is just beginning H life's journey is inspired with love for the present and is filled with H entrancing dreams which the bright future holds in store for him. H No one can possibly help being more hopeful and more happy at H this season, it is natural. Behind are the dark cloudy, winter days H with long nights, before us we have the bright, brilliant days of sun- H shine and fair weather. H Let us all rejoice, it is Easter and Spring time. aWli .... |
