The petition of Guiseppa Gneck, praying for the issuance to himself of Letters of Administration in the estate of Giovanni Da Costa, deceased, de-ceased, has been set for hearing on Saturday, the 18th day of July, A. D. 1908, at 10 o'clock a. m., at the County Coun-ty Court House, in the Court Room of said Court in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah. The State of Utah to the said Defendants: De-fendants: You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action ac-tion is brought;, otherwise within thirty days after service, and defend the above entitled action; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according accord-ing to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. The said action is brought to recover re-cover a judgment against the said defendants George W. Blackburn and Elizabeth Pixton, and to obtain a decree de-cree of this court for the foreclosure of the deed, or mortgage, described in said complaint, and executed by the said George W. Blackburn and Zellie S. Blackburn, his wife, on the 25th day of January, 1902, to secure the payment of a certain promissory n e for Five Hundred Dollars, dated dat-ed January 22, 1902. That the premises prem-ises conveyed by said deed or mort gage may be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of said note, with interest thereon, and in case such proceeds are not sufficient to pay the same, then to obtain a judgment judg-ment against the said George W. Blackburn and Elizabeth Pixton for the balance remaining due; and also that the defendants and all persons claiming by, through or under them or either of them, may be barred and foreclosed of all right, title, claim, lien, equity of redemption and interest inter-est in and to said premises described in said complaint, and for such other and further relief as will more fully appear by reference to the complaint on file herein.
