| Show NOTICE TO contractors bids will be received at the office ol of the city recorder tooele thoele city for the construction of cement sidewalks and street crossings the furnishing of all material and labor for grading and placing the same in accordance with th plans and specifications on file at this office the following is approximately the number of feet of paving in paving district to be laid to wit paving district 49 cement walk square feet of which square feet being the city portion and will be six inches thick the balance being four inches thick payment for said work for sidewalks and grading will be made in district paving bonds payable in ten equal annual payments drawing ofle 6 interest per annum payment for city portion will be cash A certified check for roust must accompany all bids and said bids shall be made on official blanks furnished by the city all bids must be delivered at this office on or before 12 m on the 1 etli day of september A D 19 1911 i 1 the city council reserves the right to reject any and all blas bias by order of the city council dated this ath day of august 1911 HENRY MARSHALL mayor E J ELKINGTON recorder per G S K X |
