Show ouc PleasantGrove On August 2 an individual reported a theft of his mountain bike. Police responded on a report re-port of a theft of a flashlight from the reporting party's store. On August 3 officers responded re-sponded on a report of two suspects fleeing a grocery store after taking several items. The suspects were located and after a search were found with Heroin Her-oin and paraphernalia. One sus pect was booked into the Utah County Jail on felony charges. One individual was arrested for shoplifting. On August 4 police responded respond-ed to a residence in Pleasant Grove on an agency assist detail. incident in progress. Upon arrival, ar-rival, contact was made with two suspects. Both male and female were found to be in possession pos-session of numerous drugs and paraphernalia items. Both were booked into the Utah County Jail on multiple charges. No further action taken. On August 1 police responded re-sponded to reports of an assault which just occurred. Upon arrival ar-rival the officer met with the victim who stated the suspect just fled the scene. The victim provided suspect information. However, at the time of this report, re-port, no contact has been made with the suspect nor could he be located. On August 3 an officer met with an individual in the lobby of the police department who reported his vehicle was egged in the last two weeks. There are ho suspects. An individual reported his vehicle had been gone through over the night and CD's were taken. An officer made contact with the complainant in the lobby of the police department. depart-ment. She wanted to file a case regarding her fourteen year old daughter running away from home. While speaking with her, the officer found an assault had occurred in which she received injuries inju-ries from her daughter. The officer placed out an attempt to locate on the daughter and listed her NCIC. The officer gathered the information on the assault. The officer filed this report. On August 1 an officer was dispatched to speak with an individual in-dividual who found a juvenile that had been breaking into his vending machines. The officer responded and found the juvenile. juve-nile. The juvenile admitted to breaking into the vending machines. ma-chines. ' The juvenile was able to give the officer the names of all the juveniles that have been Jielping him. The juveniles were unable to meet with the officer until Friday. This case will remain open until Friday when the officer can speak with both the parents and juveniles. On July 28 police responded respond-ed to a report of an individual with an open container. The suspect was found to be too impaired im-paired to drive and was arrested arrest-ed for DUI. The suspect also had a felony warrant and was booked into the Utah County Jail. An officer met with an individual indi-vidual in the lobby of the police department who reported the theft of her wallet. There is no suspect information in this case. On July 29 an officer spoke with an individual about a theft of her temporary license plate. The victim did not want to take any action but wanted to notify police. Police responded to a call of retail theft at Maceys. Two males were in custody. They were issued citations and released. re-leased. An officer contacted an individual in-dividual by phone in regards to a criminal mischief detail. John stated that his mother-in-law was at his house to pick up his children for a visitation. He told the officer that after she was gone and the exchange was done, he found a large potted plant broken by the front door of his home. John stated that he did not see her break it, but he believes it was her. He told die officer that he doesn't want any action taken at this time, but he wanted the incident documented docu-mented in case there is further problems. On July 30 police were dispatched to a report of an unknown suspect unlawfully entering the victim's home and stealing approximately $100 in cash and change.' No other items were reported missing. No forced entry detected. The home was unsecured. No suspect sus-pect information is available. Two items were collected and processed. No evidence was found. This case was referred to Investigations. . On July 30 police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and found the driver had several warrants. The driver was arrested ar-rested and booked in the Utah County Jail. An officer responded on a report of a juvenile possibly using drugs. After meeting the mother of the suspect, she decided de-cided she wanted to handle it civilly. An officer came across a male individual who was in a vehicle with a flashlight looking in the dash. The officer made contact and found the individual to be in possession of metham-phetamine metham-phetamine and drug paraphernalia. parapher-nalia. The individual was arrested ar-rested and booked into the Utah County Jail. On July 30 police responded respond-ed to a local business to assist another officer. Upon arrival, the officer discovered the officer of-ficer was with one male who admitted to him that he drove to the business while intoxicated. FST testing was performed and the male was taken into custody. He was later released from the police department for multiple charges. No further action taken. tak-en. On July 31 an officer responded re-sponded on a report of a possible criminal mischief at a park. The officer found what appeared to be damaged property from people peo-ple running and jumping on the play ground equipment. There are no suspects from the incident. inci-dent. The officer will be contacting con-tacting the parks department to get the damage repaired and to get a value amount on the damage. dam-age. While on patrol, an officer observed a male crashing on his bicycle. The officer stopped to check on the male and he ran' from him. The officer stopped him and found he was intoxicated, intoxi-cated, had a warrant for his arrest ar-rest and was in possession of marijuana. The officer arrested him and he was booked into jail.
