Show Grand County Drilling Scheduled Four new wells are to be drilled in Grand County, Coun-ty, according to notices of intention filed with the Utah Division of Oil and Gas Conservation last week. Willard Pease Oil and Gas Co., Grand Junction, has filed intention to drill the wells, named Cisco Springs Federal numbers 1 through 4. They are located in sections 10, 15, 11 and 14 respectively respective-ly of township 20 south, range 23 east, an area called the Cisco Springs Development. Drilling on the wells will be to about the 2100 foot depth into the Morrison formation. Notices of intention to drill on 4 wells in San Juan County have also been filed. Texaco, Inc., has slated 2 wells located lo-cated in Sections 17 and 18, T40S, R24E in the Aneth Development, to be drilled into the desert creek formation to a depth of 5598 feet and 5643 feet respectively. These wells are Aneth Unit F-218 F-218 and F-317. Superior Oil Company, Cortez, is drilling its Mc-Elmo Mc-Elmo Creek Unit B-17 well in section 11, T41S, R24E to a depth of 5373 feet in the desert creek formation; and Walter Duncan, Denver, is drilling dril-ling the Navajo 116-4 well in section 31, T41S.R25E to a depth of 5550 feet into the same formation.
