Show Spring College Class Schedule Announced by Moab Center Proposed classes for the Spring Quarter at the Southeastern South-eastern Utah Center for Continuing Con-tinuing Education were announced an-nounced this week by Center Director Tom Arnold. Registration Regis-tration for classes will be held from March 16 through March 24 and those persors interested in taking a class should contact the Center between be-tween the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. or by calling 259-7432, 259-7213 or after 6 p.m., 259-7772. 259-7772. There is no obligation from this registration, Mr. Arnold said. Classes will begin on Monday, March 27. Fees are $8 per credit hour plus a registration re-gistration fee of $6. The number num-ber of persons registering for a class will determine whether or not it will be held. Offered this quarter are Accounting 203, Introductory Accounting, 3 hours on Thursdays Thurs-days from 6:30 to 9 p.m. An thropology 101, Introduction to Anthropology, a five hour course, will be offered for 5 credits on Friday nights and Saturday mornings for a period per-iod of five weeks. Several art courses dealing with ceramics wiE be offered on Tuesday nights from 6:30 until 9, including Introduction Introduc-tion to Ceramics, Beginning Wheel Throwing and Ceramics Ceram-ics handbuilding. Painting courses to be offered of-fered on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 9 p.m. include Introduction Intro-duction to Painting, Beginning Begin-ning Watercolor, and Landscape Land-scape Painting. Still in the Art department but concerning concern-ing photography will be Photo Pho-to Fundamentals and Color Photography for the Advanced Advanc-ed Amateur to be offered on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Biology 101, Principles of Biology, will be taught or. the day which will' be best for the students who wish to take the course. Under the heading of business busi-ness administration are Managing Ma-naging a Small Business on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. and Principals of Marketing Mar-keting on Wdenesdays from 6:30 until 9 p.m. General Economics 20o will be taught on Thursdays from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Four English classes are being offered, Freshman English Eng-lish on Mondays from 6:30 until 9 p.m. and on Wedncs from 6:30 until 9 p.m. will be Introduction to the Novel, Modern European Literature and Modern American Literature. Liter-ature. Elementary Education 301, Foundation Studies on Teaching Teach-ing will be offered on Wednesdays Wed-nesdays from 6:30 until s) p.m. for 3 hours of crediC Geography will be offered this quarter in the form of a basic course ,principles of geography on Thursdays from 6:30 until 9 p.m. Geology 101 will be offered as an introduction intro-duction to geology on Wednesdays Wed-nesdays from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Three courses under the IMLS department will be offered of-fered on Wednesdays from 6:30 until 9 p.m., Library Reference Series; Instructional Instruc-tional Communication, Design De-sign and Instructional Communication, Com-munication, MediaTheory. Introduction to college algebra al-gebra will be tuaght on Tuesday Tues-day from 6:30 until 9 p.m. and Trigonometry will be offered of-fered on Monday nights from 6:30 until 9. Psychology 110, Human Development, De-velopment, General will be offered on Thursdays or fn Friday night-Saturday morning. morn-ing.
