Show Temple Rites Unite Lana Haft, William Bacon in Marriage Miss Lana Hatt of Green River and William Bacon of Salt Lake City were united in marriage Friday morning, March 7, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vail F. Hatt of Green River and the grandaughtor of Mr. and Mrs. Ross Thomson of Moab. William Bacon is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred J. Bacon, Ba-con, Jr., 1813 South West-wood West-wood Dr., Salt Lake City. Following the wedding re-remony, re-remony, the parents of the, groom hosted a wedding breakfast in the Coral Room at Hotel Temple Square. A wedding reception was held in Green River Friday evening at the LDS Cultural Hall. Attending the bride were Mrs. Tana Riffle, matron ma-tron of honor. Bridesmaids were two sisters of the bride, Vickie and Janet Hatt, Linda Lin-da Nelson, Jennine Hunt, Shuane Hatt, Kass Lubers, and Judy Smith. Best men were brothers of the groom, Bob, Jeff and Jamie Bacon. Tony Bacon, another brother K 1 1 - - f i Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Bacon was head usher. The bride was radiant in her gown and train of exquisite exqui-site Chant illy laee and organza or-ganza bodice of lovely lace glowing with dainty seed pearls and sequins. Detachable Detach-able Chapel train was of Chant illy scalloped lace, the bouffant white tulle illusion bridal veil had handmade crown and petal headpiofe of tiny pearls ami sequins. She carried a bouquet of baby oivhiils and pink roses. Prenuptial parties for the bride were given by the bride's roommates at Col-lego Col-lego of Southern Utah in Cedar Ce-dar City and Green River. The couple honeymooned in Las Vegas, Nevada. The bride and groom are presently attending Colle-e of Soul hern Utah in Ued'ir City and will make their ln'ine there for the rosl r tlie school year. |
