Show Police Report For Week Released Chief Ray Sizemore of the Moab Police Department released re-leased a report of police activities ac-tivities early Wednesday. On May 28, a guest at the Canyonlands Motel reported her child had been threatened threaten-ed by young men in a Mustang. Mus-tang. Investigation indicated indicat-ed that the offenders were not local youths. They had left the area before police ,officers arrived and could not be located. A .prowler call in the Mill Creek Drive area was answered ans-wered that same day at 2:0? a.m. On May 30, Clark DeLong was taken into custody or. a burglary charge. He has been released on $3500 bail. Also on May 30 a complaint com-plaint was received from a resident on Locust Lane reporting re-porting a youth had driven onto the lawn and broken a tree. The offender was apprehended ap-prehended and has agreed to make restitution for the damages Trail Town Trading Trad-ing Post reported stolen merchandise June 1. Chief Sizemore stated that all motorists should use extreme ex-treme caution when driving in the area of the Little League ball park. Children are in the streets : chasing fold balls, creating a real hazzard to traffic. Warning signs have been placed on each corner of the block while games are in progress, and the area is being patrolled by officers. |
