State Panel Will Meet Here January 28-29 A two-day meeting has been scheduled for Moab on Jan. 28 and 29, by the Maintenance Main-tenance Standards Panel of the Utah Department cf Highways. To be held at the Apache Motel, the meetings will be hosted by District 4. according accord-ing to District Engineer, James Dcaton. About thirty officials are expected to attend the series ser-ies of meetings, representing represent-ing all Highway Maintenance Mainten-ance Districts in the State, as well as officials from th? Salt Lake City office of the Department. W. J. Stevenson, District 3 maintenance engineer, is chairman of the panel.
