Spencer,' Price, was re-elected chairman of the Institutional Institu-tional Council of College of Eastern Utah during their regular meeting held Thursday, July 26, 1973, in the library conference con-ference room at CEU. Frederick G. Stoye, Moab, was re-elected vice chairman. Dr. Spencer, Bennion Redd, Monticello; Mrs. Wayne (Bettina) Black, Salt Lake City; and A.S. Veltri, Helper; were all reappointed to the council coun-cil by Governor Calvin L. Rampton. They will serve until June 30, 1973. Council members are chosen by the governor and confirmed by the state senate for alternating alter-nating four year terms. The holdover members mem-bers are R.J. Bowen, Salt Lake City; Oral E. Johansen, Castle Dale; John B. Gale, Roosevelt; and Mr. Stoye. Ex officio member of the board is Paul C. Keller, president of the alumni association. associ-ation. The council approved two new appointments at CEU. Appointed admissions admis-sions counselor was Charles L. Olson Jr., Bellevue, Washington. Mr. Olson will teach a class in introductory sociology during the fall quarter in addition to his admission's office duties. du-ties.
