Sealed proposals will be received at Green River City Hall until 10:00 o' clock a.m. on November 18, 1976, for the following described work: Construct, light and mark runway, turnarounds, taxiway, parking apron, tie downs, segmented circle, lighted wind cone, beacon, fencing, and other work for a new airport. Proposals will be publicly opened in Green River City Hall at or about 10:00 o'clock a.m. on November 18, 1976, by the Green River City. 3. Instructions to bidders, specifications and forms for contract and bond, together with plans and profiles, when prepared, may be obtained at Nielsen, Maxwell & Wangsgard, Wangs-gard, Consulting Engineers, 624 North 300 West, Salt Lake City, Utah. 4. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable Federal labor laws, including the minimum wage rate decision of the U.S. Department of Labor. 5.
