Robert William Curfman October 12 Wedding Ceremony Unites Popular Moab Couple Miss I'amella Ann Easter-ling, Easter-ling, daughter of Mr. an.! Mrs. D. V. F.asterling of Moab, Mo-ab, and Robert William Curfman. Curf-man. son of Mr. and Mrs. R I.. Curfinan. also of Moab, were united in marriage Oct 12. in the First Baptist chureli in Moab. The double ring ceremony was performed by Rev. I.e land Goodman, pastor of t!u-First t!u-First Raptist ch'.'rch. The bride wore an enip'ro gown of white slipper satin and chantilly lace, adorned with se. d pearls. The train was of satin with brocade lace trim. The veil was of tulle held by a cluster of white sal n roses. The brida'. bouquet was of white glani-ilias glani-ilias and white carnations with blue streamers and silver sil-ver leaves. The "somi thing oid" was a handkerchief belonging be-longing to the bride's grandmother, grand-mother, "something new" a drop pearl necklace, a g'ft from the groom. "Something borrowed" was a white Bible belonging to the sister of the grom. "something blue" wes a blue satin garter. Mii-s EcsterlinR was given in marriage mar-riage by her father. Maid of honor was Miss Kathy Easterling. sister rf the bride. She wore a floor length gown of blue brocade satin and carried a bouquet of blue and silver glamilias. The bridesmaids were Miss Christy Easterling. sister of the bride; Miss Lea Jones, and Miss Tonya Scorzato. ail of Moab. The ring bearer wis Mr. Steven Canuteson, nephew ne-phew of the bride. Best man was Mr. Jim Hayes of Moab. Serving as ushers and candle lighters were Fred Ray, Don Pene, and Bob Zufelt. The bride's mother wore a suit dress of blue brocade satin sa-tin with silver accessories. The mother of the groom selected sel-ected a beige lace dress with h'-ige and brown accessories. Following Ibe ceremony, a re'cpliou was hclil in tin: fellowship hall of the chiin h. The chosen colors of the bride, blue and silver, were: used in decorations. The cake and punch was served by Mrs.F. Caniileson, Mrs. Kenneth Key and Mrs. Henry Scoralnn. Carol Mayhew pre sided over Die glie:;t book. Miss Kim Kaslerling and Miss Jana Curfinan were in charge of opening gills. Mrs. Ray Townscnd sail; "Hand in Hand" and "The Lord's Prayer." Mrs. Gerald Ger-ald Sloiit was the pianist. The couple returned to Gr.Vd Junction. Colo., where they are making their home. Mr. Curfinan is a sophomore at Mesa Junior College. |
