Watts, has recently recent-ly been involved in a 5-nation 5-nation marksmanship tourney tour-ney pitting teams from Iran, Pakistan, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Nichan IV the 4th annual CENTO small arms competition, was held at the Seventh. Army Training Train-ing Center in Grafenwoehr, Germany. Watts headed the supply section as supply officer for the 1st Bn., 30th Inf. Reg., 3rd In,. Div., the unit which gave the over-all support for the match.
