Show City spen ta few days this week visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Mannos. Week end guests at the home cf Mr. and Mrs. Burt Whetsel were Mrs. Rudy Bachman and daughter Judy of Salt Lake City. Mrs. Jack Gates, nee Miss Wanda Palmer, was honored Wednesday evening at a lovely wedding shower held at Cop-perfield Cop-perfield grade school auditorium. Bingo and card games were played and lovely refreshments were served. Many guests were present and the recent bride received re-ceived many lovely gifts. : COPPERFIELD : Valeta Nevers Ph.'505W Mrs. Hilda Carlson of Mt. Pleasant is spending a few days visiting with her sister, Mrs. J. W. Anderson. Friday evening guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Nevers Nev-ers were Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Miller. The evening was spent playing pinochle and lovely refreshments re-freshments were served. Sunday overnight guest of Norma Nevers was Carrie Vida-lakis Vida-lakis of Lead Mine. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin E. Cow-dell Cow-dell and famiyl spent Saturday afternoon visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Alma T. Wright of Sandy. George Hardman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Hardman, celebrated celebrat-ed his tenth birthday with a party par-ty Tuesday afternoon. Among the guests present were Boyd and Robert Whetsel, Dannie and Bobbie Jaterka, Larry Hatt, Johnny Gardikis, Marvin Cow-dell, Cow-dell, Jackie Harryman and Ray Colledge. Games were played and refreshments were served. The honored guests received many lovely gifts. Monday evening guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Gonzales were Mr. and Mrs. Ele-vie Ele-vie J.
