C According to this statement men who have seen service officers of f the United Sta States es army Or who have had three months months' service with combat troops In France or Italy or who have had four months In the service of sUpply In training camps or schools In Europe or who have spent six months montha In cantonments cantonments can can- In the United States may avail themselves of these leges S These men will receive In addition to uniforms and complete equipment commutation of subsistence which will amount to about 1250 each month In return for this they must agree to complete the tho two upper years of the R.
