Figures compiled by the Boston News Bureau show that thirty-live companies produced 1.144,711,434 pounds at an 'averse, 'av-erse, 'cost of 4 cents per pound; net earnings were over 931,400.000, while the twenty-one companies which paid dividends divi-dends disbursed a total of 434,400,400 to their stockholders. The lowest coet producer of any company com-pany which did not have a large credit from precious metal values was Nevada Consolidated, with a coet of 7 cents per pound; to Tamarack fell tbe unenviable honor of being the highest cost producer st 14T cents.
