The eeunty commissioners at a special meeting meet-ing thia morning decided to order an - election called oa June 27 to aseer-taia aseer-taia whether or aot intoxicating liquor shall be sold ia the county, after hav ing satisfied themselves that 22 per ceat of the bona ride voters of ths county deaire such aa election. The commissioners found there still would remain more than 272 names, or Si per cent of the signatures of the bona Ada voters of the county outside of incorporated cities sad towns on the , , petition asking for an election, even if the names contained on the various counter petitions aad remonstrative petitions pe-titions which have been filed with the commissioners, nlleging that the names were secured ea the petition calling for aa electioa through fraud and misrepresentation, mis-representation, were strirkea off and not rousted.
