Local building cannot, be placed In the boom class. The figures show a steady increase in-crease rather than a sudden boom. Much of today's building is devoted to homes and apartments. The natural conclusion is that these are to be occupied "by local people, la view of the fact that there is ready market for the many new homes being erected here, it is reasonable to conclude that either the population is iiKreaing-of 4ht' ow people are moving into better homes.
