A charge that American aoldlera were killed during the war by aalvarsan manufactured by Herman A- Met, former congressman - from New York, waa made today by Isadora Kreael, defense counsel at the trial of the government's ault agalnat the Chemical Foundation, for the recovery re-covery of aelaed Oerman patenta. Mr. Kresel also charged that the government waa shielding Mr. Meta "In not wanting It disclosed that It waa hla aalvarsan that killed our soldiers."
