NOTICE OF SPICIAL TAX. NOT1CB IS HEREBT OIVEN that a special tax for the purpose of extending the sewer hss been levlad by ordinance of the board of com. nttesioners of Salt 1-iks City, Utah, which became effective oa August 27. 192t. Said special tar. is levied upon the following deocrllvad property In Salt Lake City, to-wlt: In Lots t to is lnrluslrs of Block J Quayle s Addition of Block i Lot a f and t of Block and Lots 14. IS snd IS of Blork 7. all in Five Acre Plat "A Big Field Hurvey. abutting on the west side of Wast Temple from a point 174 17 feet south of 17th Bouth, to a point 1435.47 feet south of 17th South, and the eaat side of West Temple from Quayle Ave. to a point 7SJt.l feet south, and la due snd payable In five equal annual Installments In-stallments beginning August 17. 1924. Interest at the rate of el a. per cent per annum on the whole amount of said tax shall be computed from the date the ordinance levying said tax becomea effective, to-wlt: the S7th day of August. 1121; and Interest at said rate on the whole amount of said tax unpaid shall bs due and payable with each Instalment. if any installment or the Interest afore said Is not paid on the date when same becomea due, than the whole amount of the tax unpaid st the time said installment snd Interest sre due will become due and payable and will draw Interest at ths rate of twelve per cent per annum until paid. One or more of said Installments In the order In which they are payable aforeasld. or the whole tax, niay be paid at any tmie within fifteen daye after the ordinance levying the tax becomes effective, without interest; and one or more of said Inatallmenta In the order In which they are payable, pay-able, or the whole tax unpaid, may be paid or the day any Installment Is due. by paying the amount thereof and Interest to said day. If said tax la not paid when due I shall proceed pro-ceed at once to collect same with Intact In-tact te and costs, as provided by law and ordinance.
