Show AN ORDINANCE. An ordinance amending and re-enacting 'Section 389 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1903. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 380 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1903 be, and the same hereby is amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows: SECTION 889. AMOUNT. BOND. The yearly license for plumbers shall be twenty-five ($25.00) dollars, and the - license may be Issued upon payment of said sum. and upon giving the bond In the sum of ten thousand ($10,000.00) dollars mentioned men-tioned in Section 698 of the Revised Ordinances, Ordi-nances, of 1903, which bond shall contain the conditions, and be subject to the provisions pro-visions named in said Section 98. Said bond shall contain a further condition for the faithful observance of all the ordinances, ordi-nances, rules and regulations of this city relating to plumbing. SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
