STREET LIGHTING INCREASED IN CITY J. Lynn Booth, manager of the local Utah Power & Light company com-pany office, announced this week that the Bingham city council has authorized the company to increase lighting in the city by changing 45 4000 lumen street lamps to 6000 lumen street lamps. This will result in more even and better distribution of light thru-out thru-out the city. G. L. West and H. T. Smith, linemen for the power company, have been busy washing all globes glob-es and reflectors and making the change in lighting during the past few days. Mr. Booth reports re-ports that all street lighting posts will be renumbered so that when lights are out pole numbers should be reported.
