Show SEEKS POSSESSION OF TRACTION ENGINE The ease of of V. O. Vyers, brought against (leorge Fan-oil and others tn recover possession of a farm traction engine, was begun this morning before Judge John A. Marshall in tbe I'nited States district court. The iury was impaneled this morning and the taking of teetimonv begun thia afternoon. The plaintiff alleges that the engine was sold on terms w'jieh have not been wet. and that the engine should revert In aim in accordance with the contract. The title of ownership of the euginc-aeeording euginc-aeeording to plaintiff, remains in bis name until the final payment waa made. Judge Marshall dismissed the esse of the First National Bank of Manchester against Joseph Larson et al.. involving the payment of a promissory note. The following eases in equity were also dismissed dis-missed at this morning's session: H. H. Kline against Aquilla N'ehekrr and the Yextla company; H. R. Kline against Adam Peterson and the Yextls company; John P. Peterson against the Utah Consolidsted Mining company et al.: W. H. Haigh against the Utah Con solidated Mining company. |
