EVERYTHING GOES TO HOME GOVERNMENTS Representatives of Allies Recommend New Convention Conven-tion With Turkey. LONDON. June 9 The Anal teuton of the peace conference between the delegate! of the Balkan allies and thoee of Turkey ni hold today at St. Jama palace and ended without anything being be-ing decided as to the exchange of prisoners pris-oners or other matters. The delegates agreed to lesve all outstanding questions ques-tions to their respective governments. Each of the Balkan delegates advissd its goversment to conclude a second ronvention with Turkey. Tbe Montenegrin delegate, who pro-Bided pro-Bided at today ' session, delivered a speech of farewell, in which he ex-pressed ex-pressed his colleagues' homage to King George and their thanks to the British Brit-ish government and to Sir Edward Grey, the British foreign secretary, for the hospitality shoes them and the counsel given them.
