Show German Cabinet Considers Situation ' HKRLIN. March i (By Associated Press). The German cabinet went into executive session late this afternoon after-noon for the purpose of examining the official private reports transmitted by Ir. Simons, the foreign minister, at the conclusion of Tuesday's session of the London conference with the allies. The complete text of the foreign minister's speech has not yet been published here, and the excerpts from It contained in the evening newspapers newspa-pers show slight variations. Dr. Bl-mons' Bl-mons' reference to the rejection of the proposed export tax. for instance, is not entirely clear. This has provoked the question whether the German government gov-ernment expects to concede economic benefits of a different nature as a substitute for the export levy. Ir.
