The sentence hsd been previously previous-ly imposed for theft of an automobile automo-bile owned by S. T. Redmond, 485 West Eighth South street. District Judge Oscar W. McConkie granted a stsy of execution and ordered custody of the suspects transferred to the adult probation and parole department. Less than 48 hours after being placed on probation, the same two defendants allegedly stole an automobile au-tomobile owned by George Garcia, father of one of the suspects, and wrecked the vehicle. Sentence of one to 20 years In state prison for forgery also was imposed by Judge McConkie on R. W. Klein, 70, of 261 North West Temple street. The complaint alleged al-leged Klein defrauded Ketchum Builders' Supply company, April 14, with a bank check. The judge reviewed a fingerprint Identification Identifica-tion bureau record, assertedly that of Klein, showing the suspect had been in prison in other states. A police court sentence Imposed upon LrRoy Jack West, 23, 440 East Third South street, Saturday Satur-day was trebled, from a cash standpoint, and Increased more than five times in terms of pensl servitude.
