Show BOARD REVOKES AUTOUCENSES Four Drivers Forbidden Wheel for Year . Drivers' licenses of four persons convicted of drunken driving were revoked for one year by the state tax commission Wednesday. Licenses Li-censes of four persons convicted of reckless driving were revoked for three months. Revoked for drunken driving were licenses of Herbert Woodruff, 408 Utah Oil building; Paul El-dredge, El-dredge, 624 Carson street; Floyd Bir4 Mapleton, and George M. Hatt, Rlverton. Those revoked for reckless driving driv-ing were those of Calvin Bench, 442 East Third South street, Provo; Wilgus Duncan, Kamas; Roy Simpson, Simp-son, 151 West Angelo avenue, and Harold Sheridan, 247 South Second West street. Salt Lake City. The commission recommended that for one year no licenses be Issued to Frank H. Bowman, Fort Douglas, and Donald Owens, 257 East Fifth South street. The commission com-mission received reports both men were convicted of drunken driving while not holding drivers' licenses. The commission reinstated the license of L. H. Peterson, 162 I street, on Information from the district court in Davis county that Peterson was not convicted of drunken driving, as once reported, but was acquitted. |
