Show 'IT Sororities Give Parties For Alumnae Alumnae members of sororities at th University of Utah were honored hon-ored guests at open houses held Friday afternoon between th hour of 1 and o p. m. at th chapter houses. Mis Sylvia Hennefer was chairman, assisted by Mia Helen Foster, Miss Elisabeth Elisa-beth Thurman, Mis. Evelyn Aula Au-la Mi; Helen Bisk and Miss Ramona Rider. Kappa Kappa Garoma ' Kappa Kappa Gamma members entertained all student at th university, uni-versity, as well as their alumna, at their open housa at 13 South Wolcott street. In charg was Miss Barbara Begun, who was assisted by Mis Peggy Ingebretsen, Miss Helen Shurtliff and Miss Virginia Andrews. On Saturday between th hours of 12 noon and t p. m. alumna will be the honored guestjtMiss Paggy. Ingebretson will act as chairman, her commute constating of Mis Marie Douglas. Miss Ruth Davis sod Miss Shirley Monooa. Delta Gamma For th Informal affair held oa Friday afternoon by Delta Gamma, Gam-ma, Mis Frances Withers poon was in charg. Oa Saturday morning a similar affair will be held at the chapter housa, UTS East First South street. Assisting Mia. Withers poon were Mi Elain Poulson, Miss Lenore Parkinson, Mia Sue Graham and Mia. Mary Lou Harvey. Delta Delta Delta Featured during th afternoon at th Delta Delta Delta house was dancing, which was enjoyed by their alumna members and members mem-bers of th fraternities and sororities sorori-ties at th university. Chairman was Mis Jeanette Taylor, who was assisted by Mia. Barbara Shaw, Mia. Lois Merle Swing and Miss Rhoda L Barclay. Oa Saturday afternoon alumna will be th guests of honor and ia charg will be Mis. Karmea Johnson John-son and Miss Patricia Dickinson, assisted by Mis. UiclU Cleave. Pi Beta Phi Mis. Ksthleen Bowen was chairman chair-man of th affair held by PI Beta Phi. Sh was assisted by Miss Jeanne Wright, Mi June Morton-son, Morton-son, Miss Connla Mortenson, Miss Shirley Gardner, Mis Katharine Smith and Mia Ruth Strong.
