Ward, 77 S street, Monday was fined T5 and allowed an alternative of going to Jail for $50 days on a drunken driving charge. The penalty was imposed by District Judge Herbert M. Schil-1 Schil-1 ler, before whom a Jury found Ward ' guilty. The case was appealed from police court, where the defendant was fined 1100, paying 125 of the amount, after pleading guilty August 25. The complaint alleged Ward operated an automobile July 23 on Third East street between South Templa and First South atreeta. |
