Show 12 MOTORISTS ARE ARRAIGNED Three speeders and nine motorists motor-ists charged with violating minor traffic ordlnancea Saturday were arraigned on charges In city police court. Judge Boaonc fined the speeders 25 each and Imposed f 10 flnea upon tha motorists charged with running red traffic lights or stop signs. Tankaka. 2389 Third Eaat atreet, forfeited $10 bail bond; Robert Jnhnaon, 20, forfeited 110 ball bond; Elmer Tate, 28, forfeited (10 ball bond; Arthur C. Amos, 1723 Fourth East street, pleaded not guilty and trial set for October 29; Lee White, 22. of 273 East South Temple street pleaded not guilty, trial set for November I; Dan C. Frobea, 40, of 1059 East South Temple street, fined 110; Mrs. R. T. Coe, 4H, of 514 North Main street, fined $10, and D. C. Welle, 30. of 209 Ro- ivelt avenue, bench warrant Issued. |
