Show Make a Quart Of Rich Cream This recipe for butter pecan Ice cream will make one quart of the delicious cream. Two cupa milk, 1 package vanilla va-nilla arrowroot pudding, Vi cup granulated sugar, 2-3 cup pecan nuts, 1 tablespoon melted butter, teaspoon salt 1 cup cream, whipped. Mix arrowroot pudding with milk. Bring to boll, stirring constantly. Remove from fire. Add sugar. Cool slightly and pour into freesing tray of automatic refrigerator to chill. Let freete for about 1 hour, until mixture Is thick, but not hard. Brown pecans In shallow pan In hot oven for 8 minutes. Add melted butter and aalt and stir until nuts are well coated. Cool. Then chop. Remove pudding from freeiing tray. Add nuts and whipped cream and mix well. Replace in tray and freeze about 3S hours more. |
