Show Recreation Leaders' Parley Plans Are Formulated Here Plant for conference of recreation leaders from eleven wext-ern wext-ern itatcs to b held in Salt Lakt City April 13 to 16 were being-formed being-formed Thursday by Glen O. Grant, Pasadena, Cal., western representative repre-sentative of the National Recreation association, who conferred with local church and civic directors.' He will confer with ths arrangements arrange-ments committee on Friday at the home of Mrs. J. A. Hogle. local sponsor of the National Recreation association. Bernlre Moss, director of physical education of the stats board of education, is chairman of the committee. Mr. Grant had met Thursday with Ray Forsberg and Miss Jessie Sco-field, Sco-field, city recreation department directors; William Day of ths city board of education. Charles Hart of Biifhara Toung university, ths Rev. A. E. Butcher, head of the Salt Lake Recreation council; George Q. Morris, Mor-ris, presidsnt of the Y. M. M. I A., and other leaders. |
