Show LABORATORIES' DEFENSE DUE The federal trade commission Tuesday closed Its prosecution of the Blotone Laboratories, Inc., also known as the Rocky Mountain Laboratories, Lab-oratories, Inc. Ths company will present defense testimony Wednesday. Wednes-day. Henry M. White, Seattle, trial examiner ex-aminer for the commission, presided at the hearing in the Federal, building. build-ing. The company is charged with misrepresenting the medicinal nature na-ture of Its products and their value as a cure. Dr. Warren L. Lindsay of tha Veterans' Vet-erans' hospital testified during the morning for the commission. The hearing was adjourned to Wednesday Wednes-day at 1 p. m, when J. L. Fitches, president of the laboratories, requested re-quested the adjournment to permit him to present additional testimony. It Is the third hearing held by the commission in prosecution of ths laboratories. |
