IMMEDIATE steps are to be taken to cancel the citizenship of naturalized nat-uralized aliens who have expressed un-American utterances and otherwise been disloyal to the United States during the war; This is the first general action of the kind ever taken by the government and is contained in an official message from Paul Armstrong, Arm-strong, chief naturalization examiner for this district, with head- quarters in Denver, to Leslie Frazier, chief of the local naturalization bureau. I The local United States district attorney has also been asked to I furnish the names of naturalized aliens who have been tried and convicted of espionage, resisting tjie draft, opposition to war measure of the United States, and other violations of similar law. The record of the local United Htatea attorney show that t here are several such persona In Utah, and their names have been forwarded for-warded to Ienver.
