The suit has been brought by Mrs. Susan Bransford Kmery Holmes to recover one-half of an estnte willed . to her nephew. Wallace M Bransford. I by his wife, Mrs. Jrace Kmery Brans- ford. adopted daughter of Mrs. I Holmes. W. W. Kav, counsel for the defendant, de-fendant, was the first to le stricken with the disease and his Illness necessitated neces-sitated the continuants of the trial for ten days. t"(ron his return to court.
