The proiwam for the drive was announced an-nounced st a reconstruction conference held here under the auspices of the federal employment service, Tvhich will have general direction -of the work. Attending At-tending the meeting were the directors of the service from the states east of the Mississippi, representatives of the wa.it department and of oigsnijLitluns which will be enlisted In the campaign, such aa the Ked Cross, T. M. C A.. Knights of Columbus, Jewish welfare board, national church organizations, association of draft board members and others. |
