Show Seals leave Japan After Playing Before Big Crowds TOKYO, Oct. 31 ) Thirteen members of the San Francisco Seals enplaned Monday for the United States after a triumphant baseball tour of Japan. They won 10 of 11 games beating beat-ing all Japanese opponents and losing only to the American far east air force team. Their two games against that all-Japan all-Japan professional all-stars drew 140.000 fans. Japanese fans clamored for the Seals to stay longer. But Charles Graham, Seals' vice president and 12 players took off Monday for 1 home. Others on the Seal roster 'will follow later. |
