Show Leader of Guard Refuses lo Quit OLYMPIA, Wash., July t (UP) Brig. Gen. Enaley M. Llewellyn refused Thursday to obey Gov. Arthur B. Langlie'a order to give up command of Washington's national na-tional guard. Lang-lie fired the general Wednesday on recommendation of a three-man board of Inquiry.
