DISORDER LOOMS III WAITS WAKE WASHINGTON, Jan. M UP) Diplomats and military experts here who believe th Spanish government forces cannot hold oat much longer express id belief today that an end of the eivll war would be followed by a long period of disorder and bloodshed.
