Fife, member mem-ber of the Salt Lake county board of public welfare and former caseworker case-worker for the board of pardons of Utah atate prison, will bs submitted to county commissioners Monday for appointment aa personnel officer offi-cer of the county department of health and charity. Commissioner R. G. Boden, head of the department, had made that announcement Saturday. Mr. Fife resides at Cottonwood Heights. He attended Salt Lake City high schools and the University Univer-sity of Utah, later studying at George Washington university, American university and Catholic I university, all at Washington, D. C
