Eleven old cases were dismissed at the request of Mr; Loofbourow, Following Fol-lowing are the charges: Olaf'M. Ha-gen, Ha-gen, adultery; C. Y. Smith, obtaining goods under false pretenses; Henry Tremayne, embezzlement; Carl H. Roth, grand larceny; William Hobbs, simple assault; S. J. Kafuna, embezzlement, Wallace King, age 15 years. Incorrigibility; Incorrigi-bility; Fred Evans, petit larceny; Harold Har-old Stain, aged 11 years. Incorrigibility; George Wilson, exhibiting a deadly weapon, and Dan Green, petit larceny. In all instances the cases were otherwise other-wise disposed of or the officers were unable un-able to locate the defendants. |
